David W. Kious

David Kious was born on September 16, 1948 in the town of Normal, Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his law degree from the University of Tennessee where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta.
In 1973, Mr. Kious was admitted to the Tennessee Bar. He is admitted to practice before all Tennessee state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court
Mr. Kious is currently a member of both the Rutherford County and Tennessee Bar Associations, and his areas of practice include real estate, corporate law, partnerships, wills, estate planning, business and civil litigation, and realtor defense.
